No repair goes quiet.

We prepare it and track it. Your team sends it. For property management offices in Fort Worth and DFW.

The Follow-Through Desk and the bill check are both still being built, and no office has used them yet.

Hi, I'm Jaden. I'm in Fort Worth, and I'm building Haltr for property management offices.

I've been studying how these offices work. The repair itself often isn't what wears them out. It's the chasing. The vendor stops answering, the tenant asks again, and the owner hears nothing.

That's what I'm working on first. I haven't heard it from you yet, and I'd like to. Give me 30 minutes and tell me how it really goes at your office.

What it will do.

It reads the files you export

Reports your office can already pull from its software. No logins, and you don't switch anything.

It finds what's stuck

Repairs that went quiet, and bills that look wrong.

It drafts the follow-ups

The note to the vendor, the tenant or the owner. Your team reads it, changes it and sends it.

A person approves and sends everything.

  • It doesn't talk to tenants.
  • It doesn't cover nights.
  • It doesn't handle emergencies.
  • It doesn't touch money.

The Follow-Through Desk.

It looks at your open repairs and finds the ones nobody has moved. Then it writes the next message for your team to send.

The bill check.

A second look at the bills your office pays. It flags double charges, prices above what a vendor usually bills, and invoices that don't add up. With a vendor list, it can also spot changed bank details.

It isn't open to real files yet.

Questions people ask

Who uses this now?

Nobody. We have no customers yet. You'd be one of the first people I talk to, and that's why I'm asking for a call and not a sale.

Can I try it on my own files?

Not yet, so please don't email me files. On a call I'll show you the samples and tell you where the build stands.

Do I have to switch software?

No. It's built around files you export, so there's nothing to switch. It hasn't read a real export yet, so yours may need a fix first.

Will it message my tenants or vendors?

No. It writes drafts. Your team decides what goes out and sends it.

What about nights and emergencies?

Those stay with you. Keep your emergency line just as it is.

What if it gets something wrong?

It will sometimes. That's why nothing goes out until a person on your team has read it.

Does it replace my coordinator or bookkeeper?

No. It does the looking and the first draft. They stay in charge.

Can we meet in person?

Yes. I'm in Fort Worth and I come to you.
